Ms. james, if you cook a hotdog in a frying pan, is that conduction or convection?

Ciara, if you cook a hotdog in a frying pan on the stove it is conduction, but you may not get the best results with a hot dog because it is a precooked item. You will not really see texture differences between the cooking/heat transfer methods
